Combining highly trained and experienced practitioners, a community-focused approach, and compassionate, patient-centered care, Living Water Community Health and Wellness Clinic — also called Living Water Clinic (Clínica Agua Viva) — is a trusted faith-based family medicine practice, patient-centered medical home, and parachurch ministry. With four convenient locations in Porterville, Lindsay, Woodlake, and Visalia, California, along with a mobile clinic serving the surrounding areas, Living Water Clinic makes it easy for patients to access the medical care they need, including urgent care and telemedicine services.
Our clinics are dedicated to providing a full spectrum of family medicine and specialty services to help individuals and families live healthier, fuller lives. In addition to primary care, we proudly offer optometry, dental care, and chiropractic services at our Lindsay and Woodlake locations. Our Lindsay site also offers expanded specialty care, including OB-GYN, podiatry, mental health counseling, and other in-house services to meet the unique needs of our community. Patients count on us for diabetes management, workers’ compensation treatment, asthma care, weight management, heart health and cardiology, pediatrics, gynecology, preventive medicine, minor surgeries, sports medicine, dermatology, remote patient monitoring, and more.
Living Water Clinic is committed to making healthcare accessible and welcoming. We offer walk-in appointments as available and provide telemedicine visits when appropriate to improve convenience, access, and patient safety.

Living Water Clinic is dedicated to providing affordable medical care. In addition to accepting cash payments, we work with most insurance plans, including Medicare. No one is denied access to services due to inability to pay, and we offer a discounted sliding fee schedule based on family size and income.
