A Central Valley native born and raised in Lindsay, California, Michele Millan-Patterson, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner serving patients at Living Water Clinic’s Visalia and Porterville locations. With a career rooted in community advocacy and high-acuity clinical care, Ms. Millan-Patterson provides comprehensive primary care with a deep respect for the lived experiences of her patients.

Ms. Millan-Patterson’s journey in healthcare began at Fresno State, where she earned a Bachelor of Social Work and developed vital community programs ranging from Latino mental health services to hospital outreach. Her dedication to direct patient care led her to the College of the Sequoias, where she became a Registered Nurse.

She gained extensive experience in critical-care environments, including the ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Emergency Department, before completing her advanced Nurse Practitioner training to specialize in adult and geriatric medicine.

Specializing in the health and wellness of adults and seniors, Ms. Millan-Patterson offers a broad spectrum of services, including wellness exams, chronic condition management for diabetes and hypertension, and women’s health and family planning. Whether managing sudden illnesses or providing preventive immunizations, she ensures every clinical recommendation is clear and accessible.

Ms. Millan-Patterson is fluent in English. Outside of the clinic, she stays active and inspired by traveling with her husband and two sons, weightlifting, gardening, and sewing. An avid reader and cook, she enjoys hosting friends for home-cooked meals, bringing that same energy and warmth to every patient visit.
