Mahmoud Omari, M.D., is a compassionate, board-certified pediatrician with more than 20 years of experience dedicated to helping children grow up healthy and strong.
Having proudly served the Porterville and Lindsay communities for several years, Dr. Omari provides exceptional pediatric care at Living Water Clinic, where he focuses on the long-term wellness and development of his young patients.
Dr. Omari earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the East / Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center before completing his Pediatric Residency at Bayamon University Hospital in Puerto Rico. Throughout his distinguished career, he has cared for children in hospitals and clinics across Puerto Rico, Arizona, and California.
This extensive geographic and clinical background has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of pediatric medicine and the unique needs of diverse populations.
In addition to his board certification, Dr. Omari holds current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and has maintained pediatric privileges at multiple hospitals throughout his career. As an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, he remains deeply committed to ongoing education and clinical excellence, ensuring that his practice reflects the latest advancements in childhood healthcare.
Dr. Omari’s clinical services include newborn and adolescent care, immunizations, growth and development monitoring, and the management of acute childhood illnesses.
