Originally from Porterville, California, Erick Madrigal, M.D., M.B.A., is the President and Founder of Living Water Clinic – Clínica Agua Viva and a highly trusted family physician serving his hometown. Dr. Madrigal provides comprehensive medical care for his local community and feels a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to give back to the region where he was raised.

Dr. Madrigal attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, while simultaneously completing a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

He completed his residency training in Family Medicine at Adventist Health White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he refined his skills in serving diverse and underserved populations.

With nearly a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Madrigal specializes in preventive medicine, occupational health, and rural healthcare delivery. His practice encompasses a wide range of services, including prenatal, pediatric, and geriatric care, with extensive expertise in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, and diabetes. Beyond his clinical work, he serves as a Medical Advisor for FemPower Medical and utilizes his background in entrepreneurship to develop innovative approaches to primary care in the San Joaquin Valley.

Dr. Madrigal’s philosophy of care is rooted in a whole-person approach, emphasizing long-term relationships and treating each patient with dignity and respect. He views his patients as active partners in their health journey, striving to provide compassionate care that addresses both immediate medical needs and long-term wellness. Through his leadership at Living Water Clinic, he remains dedicated to improving the standard of healthcare for all families in his community.

Dr. Madrigal is fluent in English, Spanish, and French. Outside of his professional practice and administrative leadership, he remains committed to community-based health initiatives and the advancement of rural medicine.
