Dr. Lopez provides specialized chiropractic care for patients of all ages, focusing on restorative movement and holistic wellness to help the local community achieve optimal physical health.
Dr. Lopez attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During her time there, she developed a sophisticated understanding of musculoskeletal health and sports-related injuries, eventually earning her board certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). This specialized training allows her to bridge the gap between traditional chiropractic care and athletic performance enhancement.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Lopez emphasizes holistic healing through comprehensive spinal assessments, gentle adjustments, and targeted mobility education. Her expertise is centered on reducing pain and restoring functional movement, ensuring that each patient can return to their daily activities with improved balance. She has a particular interest in preventive care, working to address the root causes of physical discomfort rather than merely treating symptoms.
Dr. Lopez’s philosophy of care is rooted in patient empowerment; she is passionate about educating individuals on their own physiology to promote long-term health. By creating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each patient, she fosters a collaborative environment focused on sustainable wellness. She believes that a proactive approach to spinal health is essential for maintaining an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Outside of her professional practice, Dr. Lopez enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. As a family, they take great pleasure in exploring California’s National Parks and visiting the coast, embracing the active lifestyle she encourages in her patients.
