Ms. Arias pursued her professional education at California State University, Fresno, where she graduated in 2015. Since entering the field, she has specialized in providing behavioral health services to patients navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and grief. She also brings specific expertise in supporting women through the significant adjustment to motherhood, offering specialized care for postpartum and maternal mental health.

 

Throughout her professional journey, Ms. Arias has remained deeply committed to serving underserved communities with compassionate, patient-centered care. Her clinical approach is inherently collaborative; she recognizes that patients are the experts in their own lives and views her role as a supportive guide.
