Family Medicine

Grew up in Springville, CA, then graduated from Porterville High School. Graduated Porterville College and started as a Licensed Vocational Nurse 2004 As an LVN she worked in the California State Prison system and in the Emergency Room at Sierra View as well as local convalescent hospitals. She then went on and obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing at San Joaquin Valley College, Visalia 2008 and became a Registered Nurse.

She worked as an RN in the Emergency room for many years at Sierra View and Kaweah Delta where she gained great experience with patients of all ages with many types of different illnesses, diseases and injuries/trauma. Her years as an emergency room/critical care nurse taught her how to work well under pressure and in very stressful and emergent situations, in which she continues to utilize each day with her practice.

Patiatric Nurse. She continues to work for hospice on her own time. In 2014, she graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing Degree at Western Governors University and in 2016 Graduated from Walden University with Master’s of Science in Nursing and became a Nurse Practitioner.

She is certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She has worked at several clinics in the area serving patients of Visalia, Hanford, Dinuba, Exeter, Porterville and throughout the county. She has experience with working with the underserved at rural health clinics and has also worked at a local pediatricians office in Exeter.

She has joined Living Water Clinic and brings her knowledge and experience with: family medicine for all ages, acute/chronic illness, pediatrics, special needs population, Women’s Health, weight management and Hospice/palliative care. She still lives locally with her son, Samuel.
