Dr. Alma Sanchez is a Visalia native who has dedicated the majority of her 24-year dental career to serving in community healthcare. She earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis and went on to graduate from the UCSF School of Dentistry. With a deep appreciation for both the art and science of dentistry, Dr. Sanchez is committed to delivering compassionate care and the most effective treatment options available. Her passion for dentistry stems from a desire to combine her love for people, science, art, and creativity. Dr. Sanchez’s goal has always been to provide the highest quality dental care to every patient, guided by the golden rule. She is motivated by the knowledge that she makes a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives by helping them achieve their oral health goals.
At Living Water Clinic, Dr. Sanchez finds fulfillment in giving back to the community, especially by caring for individuals who may otherwise face barriers to accessing healthcare. Her approach to dentistry emphasizes patient education and empathy. She believes in the power of collaboration between the dental team and patient to achieve optimal oral health outcomes.
Dr. Sanchez feels comfortable treating patients of all ages and with a wide range of dental concerns. She works closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. Outside of her professional work, Dr. Sanchez is inspired by her loving family—her husband, daughter, and son. Together, they enjoy traveling, cooking new recipes, and listening to music.
