What is the Sliding Fee Discount Program?
It is a program we utilize to ensure patients have access to all primary care services regardless of their ability to pay. The implementation of a Sliding Fee Discount Program is intended to minimize financial barriers to care for patients at or below 200 percent of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
